ABOUT US
Chef Victoria Robinson began her culinary journey at the age of seven years old. The third oldest of James and Cassandra Robinson, Victoria credits them for her solid work ethic and her drive for perfection.
As a young chef-to-be, Victoria cherished the summer visits to her Grandmothers’ house. During her visits with Mrs. Celestine Bishop and Maybelle Robinson, she learned great techniques for cooking and baking and developed her true passion for cooking.
Victoria went on to high school, enrolling in Food and Nutrition courses to further her culinary experience. While mastering baking and cooking skills on another level, she continued on to The Culinary Institute of Charleston. There, Victoria sharpened the skills she he had gained while working alongside her grandmothers’, and part-time jobs at Alpha Bora Comprehensive Services, Wendy’s, Gullah Cuisine, Aria’s Bar and lounge, at three of these locations she worked as a sous chef. She pursued an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts Technology as well as Baking and Pastry, and other culinary certifications.
Eight years ago, Victoria founded Victorious Bites, her own catering company, and has continued to serve as Catering Chef and CEO, all while operating Good Food Catering for the last 3 years as well.
Through it all Victoria says she wouldn’t change a thing about her journey and passion of creating memories through food in every bite!

Constantly evolving her craft and developing new ideas for good, healthy cuisine; Victoria has cultivated her skills by keeping in tune with ever-changing food service and preparation trends. She spends her time creating and learning new techniques, while fine tuning and expanding current dishes to create a galore of food choices and cuisines for her clients. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of her business so her ultimate goal is always to “Aim to Please.”
